Can I use TourTheSchool with my existing website?
Yes. Your school gets its own TourTheSchool booking page. Add a “Schedule a tour” link or button to your existing website so families can choose an available tour and book online.
What reminders do families receive?
TourTheSchool sends a booking confirmation and email reminders one day before and the day of the tour. Families who provide a mobile number can also receive text reminders. You can include your school’s address, directions, and parking instructions.
Can my staff help manage tours?
Yes. Add your directors or other staff as users so they can manage tours, see attendees, and receive notifications. TourTheSchool supports multiple school locations, too.
